Meet Richard

I grew up in the steel city of youngstown ohio where we used the iron ore mined in the arrowhead of minnesota.

I graduated from north park college in chicago.

I began my sales and marketing career in the telecommunications industry. I relocated to Minnesota in 1990 and in 1992 I left that field for the mortgage industry.

In may of 1992 I started "Opening The Bank Vault Door" at United Mortgage. After spending 10+ years as a broker, I joined CTX Mortgage in 2004, and as of 2008 am now with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

I am married to Lori. We will celebrate 23 years of marriage in September of 2008. Lori has been my assistant processor & now she is happy being a stay at home mom.

We have 2 children: Andrew, 20 and Lisa, 18. Andrew likes baseball, video games, activities at church and amusement parks. Lisa likes baseball, activites at church, clothes shopping with dad and amusement parks.

Zoe our cat joined our family in July of 2004. We adopted Zoe from our neighbors when their father became allergic to her.
